Following the retirement of its Head of Human Resources Department, Les Fleurs du Temps is advertising a position for:

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

Develop the HR function and position it as a strategic partner

• Ensure the transversal operational management of the HR department and lead the team of specialists
• Guarantee the HR processes necessary for personnel management and development (recruitment and offboarding, remuneration, training, evaluation, HR monitoring, management of psychosocial risks, occupational health, career follow-up, internal mobility)
• Support and advise the Management and Executives on organisational, HR, professional culture and labour law matters
• Master the framework conditions (payroll, overtime, absenteeism and sickness) to comply with operational budgets
• Enhance the institution’s attractiveness by developing the employer brand.

Contribute as a member of the Extended Management team of Les Fleurs du Temps

• Contribute to and participate in the implementation of strategic objectives
• Provide an HR dashboard for Management and the Board
• Manage or support institutional projects by involving stakeholders
• Represent the Institution within your area of responsibility and engage in internal and external projects
• Actively support internal and external communication actions
• Be an experienced reference in crisis management.

Your professional profile:

• Background. Experienced HR Manager or Head of HR Department. 5 years of successful and concrete experience in a similar role. Commitment and achievement driven
• Style. Excels in co-constructing solutions. Diplomatic. Committed to a participative management approach. Natural leadership
• Added value. Proven knowledge of the current legal framework and the Valais socio-health ecosystem. Strategic capacity to sit on a management team
• Tasks. Facilitation skills, being "at the service of services"
• Education. Higher education or equivalent level; federal diploma in personnel management.
