IT User Support Specialist (m/f/d)

- You receive IT tickets, process them and resolve requests in first- and second-level support
- In this role, you support users with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook and other standard applications
- You set up PCs, laptops and peripheral devices and ensure their smooth operation
- As an IT user support specialist, you take on OS deployment and software distribution, for example with Baramundi
- You manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- In this role, you maintain documentation and knowledge databases and support Head IT as well as Business Application Manager in IT projects
Qualifications:
- Completed basic training as an IT specialist EFZ
- Solid practical experience with Windows servers, network technologies and backup solutions
- Several years of experience in IT support and user support
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and independent working style
- High resilience, structured approach and strong solution orientation
