Electrical Design Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 95,000Our ROCKEN partner is a very successful family business in Germany and a leader in textile machinery manufacturing, with branches in the USA, Brazil, India, China, and Switzerland. They have a long history in the development, design, and production of spinning systems for high-quality carpet and technical yarns for industrial use. Based on proven technologies that are used hundreds of times worldwide, they set global standards in filament production.
Responsibilities:
- Electrical design of control projects using the E³ electrical CAD system from Zuken in the field of plant control
- Creating electrical documentation (schematics, material lists, cable lists, terminal plans)
- Creating and managing electrical components in the ERP system
- Providing solution and optimisation proposals for existing and new machines/plants
- Supporting our project managers in the preparation of technical documentation
- Supporting the mechanical departments in connection with electrical equipment
- Supporting purchasing in enquiring and procuring electrical components
- Worldwide travel approx. 5%
Qualifications:
- You have completed electrical training with further education as a technician TS or electrical engineer FH.
- You have a quick grasp and a good understanding of complex contexts.
- You have good general knowledge in switchgear construction.
- You have solid German and good English skills.
