Ensure first level support by recording, prioritising and processing IT support tickets, fault cases and change requests
Perform fault diagnosis and problem resolution on clients, servers and mobile devices with a focus on IT security and data protection
Setup, maintenance and administration of user accounts, permissions, policies as well as reliable backup management
Participation in ICT implementations and system upgrades as well as creation and updating of IT documentation and user manuals
Qualifications:
Completed IT specialist EFZ training or comparable IT education with solid expertise
Strong teamwork skills and cooperative collaboration in IT projects
Deep technical understanding, quick problem-solving skills and high willingness to learn
Customer-oriented working style with enthusiasm for user support and direct support
Careful and discreet handling of confidential company information as well as strong sense of responsibility
Very good German language skills in oral and written communication
