Informatics Schaffhausen (ITSH) shapes the digital future of the Canton of Schaffhausen together with around 80 employees. As the central IT partner for the canton, city and municipalities, we develop and operate innovative digital services, provide comprehensive advice to our customers and ensure a secure, modern and reliable IT operation.
So that employees of the canton, city and municipalities can always rely on reliable, secure and modern ICT services, we continuously develop our M365, user and security services. In this key role, you are responsible for the stable and secure operation of these central administrative services. You shape their further development, set technical and security-related standards and at the same time lead a committed team.

Team Leader ICT User & Security Services, 100%
What to expect- Professional and personnel management of an ICT team for user & security services (SOC, M365, AD, Entra ID, IAM, Cloud, Office Printing, Microsoft Exchange and databases)
- Continuous development of methods, tools and skills within the team
- Responsibility as Business Service Owner for our M365 environment as well as central contact person for internal and external stakeholders
- Planning, control and implementation of cross-departmental ICT projects including active participation
- Co-design and implementation of strategic ICT initiatives
- Conceptualisation, organisation and introduction of new systems to ensure future-proof and efficient ICT solutions for the administration
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of leadership experience as well as proven project management experience in a comparable ICT environment
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft cloud and on-premises architectures as well as ICT services, ideally complemented by experience with ICT security concepts
- Strong hands-on mentality and the ability to act both strategically and operationally
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills to efficiently solve complex challenges
- Open-minded, innovative and assertive personality with a high customer and service orientation
