Head of Payroll & Personnel Administration (m/f/d)

You lead the payroll and administration team with two employees both professionally and personally
You are responsible for the complete payroll processing for around 450 employees
You work operationally in personnel administration and ensure professional handling of HR processes
You are responsible for settlements with social insurance and withholding tax authorities
You continuously develop the SAP-HR system landscape and the underlying processes
You lead digitalisation and optimisation projects and participate in group-wide HR projects
You maintain close cooperation with internal specialist departments, employees and external partners
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with further education in HR, payroll or social insurance
Several years of experience in HR service or payroll as well as proven leadership experience
Sound knowledge of the Swiss payroll and social insurance system
Very good SAP-HCM knowledge as well as high IT and system affinity
Confident German language skills as well as a pragmatic, convincing and hands-on personality
