We are looking for a Building Sector Manager to take charge of the development and management of our specialised division in construction trades.
A true driving force in the sector, you will have a dual responsibility: to develop your own activity as a personnel placement specialist while supporting and growing a team of placement specialists in the construction field.

Job Description

• Develop and manage the Building sector:
• Take responsibility for the development and growth of the Building division.
• Define and implement commercial actions to develop the sector in Lausanne and its region.
• Identify new opportunities and expand our presence with construction stakeholders.
• Actively participate in the strategy and evolution of the sector.

We expect

• Proven experience in personnel placement, ideally in the construction sector.
• Good knowledge of the building and construction market in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Management experience or genuine ability to supervise, support and unite a team.
• Strong commercial temperament and a keen interest in business development.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create lasting relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues.
• Results-oriented, with a real desire to develop and grow a sector.
• Driving licence.
