Clerk Order Processing & Export (m/f/d)

Role:
You can expect a versatile role in international inside sales with a clear focus on export, order processing, and customer service. You will accompany existing customer orders from enquiry to delivery, coordinate internal and external interfaces, and ensure reliable export and shipping processing. You will apply your technical understanding as well as your experience in international customer business.
Responsibilities:
You manage existing international customers and coordinate their orders from enquiry to delivery
You prepare quotations, calculate prices, and process order confirmations as well as scheduled orders
You organise international deliveries and support transport handling with freight forwarders and logistics partners
You prepare the necessary export and shipping documents
You coordinate manufacturing orders, delivery dates, and contracts with production, purchasing, and logistics
You handle returns and complaints together with the responsible departments
You clarify commercial, logistical, and technical customer concerns and ensure reliable internal coordination
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in international order and export processing
A commercial basic education forms your foundation; further training as an export/foreign trade clerk is an advantage
You are familiar with export, shipping, and international delivery processes from practice
You can well classify technical products and industrial processes
You communicate very well in German as well as well in French and English
You work independently, structured, and customer-oriented and keep an overview even with several parallel orders
