You bring business and software development onto a common denominator
You not only understand what customers need functionally but also how these requirements can be sensibly implemented technically. In this role, you move between the customer side, development, and technical conception, ask the right questions, and ensure that requirements become clearly specified and implementable solutions.
Responsibilities:
You build trusting customer relationships, conduct workshops, and analyse functional requirements in detail.
You create precise User Stories and supplement them with the necessary technical information for development.
You ensure the quality of requirements and the resulting solutions and present results to customers and other stakeholders.
You contribute to defining the overall technical solution and further develop solution designs for systems.
You design system integrations, define APIs, data flows, and interfaces, and ensure their interaction.
You identify technical risks early, assess their impact, and initiate appropriate measures.
Qualifications:
You have several years of practical experience as an IT Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer in a software development environment.
You can comprehensively understand complex technical contexts and develop scalable and pragmatically implementable solutions from them.
You bring a solid understanding of software development, development processes, and agile methods.
You are familiar with modern software architectures and technologies and can assess their use in the respective context.
You are able to model and further develop relational data models, for example with UML class diagrams or ERD.
Ideally, you have a completed computer science degree from a university of applied sciences or university or a comparable qualification.
Ideally, you have completed further training in Requirements Engineering.
You work with quality awareness, take responsibility, and communicate confidently with customers, development teams, and other stakeholders.
You have very good German skills as well as good English skills, both spoken and written.
