Responsibilities:
Planning, implementation and further development of modern, scalable IT solutions in the Microsoft environment with a focus on Azure, Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and Windows backend applications
Responsibility for the automation of deployment, maintenance and administration processes using PowerShell, Power Apps and the Microsoft Graph API to ensure efficiency and consistency in the system landscape
Participation in 2nd and 3rd level support, including analysis and resolution of complex faults to ensure stable operation and high service quality
Creation and maintenance of system architectures, concepts and documentation as well as active involvement in process optimisation and standardisation
Conducting internal training and knowledge transfer to continuously expand the technical know-how within the team
Close collaboration with internal departments and external partners in the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, system engineer or equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience in the IT infrastructure sector
Sound knowledge of identity management systems (Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory) as well as practical experience with Azure cloud services and the Microsoft 365 platform
Experience in the administration and optimisation of remote desktop environments (RDS farms) as well as in the operation of hybrid cloud architectures
Very good German language skills
