Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the independent processing and coordination of financial accounting for rental properties and condominium ownership.
In exchange with property management, you ensure as a link to accounting the completeness and accuracy of financial information.
You prepare periodic financial statements according to the Code of Obligations and create meaningful heating and ancillary cost statements.
From creditor processing to payment transactions, you reliably coordinate the relevant processes.
You ensure consistent receivables management and handle reminders and debt collection cases in a structured manner.
Qualifications:
Your several years of experience in real estate accounting form the basis for independently handling complex accounting tasks.
You have good Abacus knowledge and are confident in digital working environments.
With your open, communicative manner and competent appearance, you convince in contact with internal and external stakeholders.
You feel comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment, take responsibility, and actively contribute. In addition, you have impeccable German language skills, both spoken and written.
