Role:
You are looking for a new challenge in international business and want to apply your knowledge in export specifically? As a Clerk Export & Order Processing, you manage worldwide delivery orders, organise cross-border goods movements, and ensure professional customer care.
Responsibilities:
You manage international orders from quotation to shipping.
You prepare shipping, export, and customs documents.
You organise and coordinate international deliveries.
You ensure compliance with relevant customs and transport regulations.
You coordinate appointments with customers, freight forwarders, and internal departments.
You contribute to the optimisation of export and logistics processes.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial or technical basic education with further training in export or foreign trade.
You have experience in export processing and are familiar with customs and export regulations.
You work confidently with ERP applications and are well versed in digital business processes.
You have good English skills for written and oral communication.
You convince through personal responsibility, organisational talent, a careful working style, and a strong service orientation.
