HR Administration Specialist - Fixed-term Contract (60-80%) in Bulle

Your tasks

• Ensure all personnel administration, from employee onboarding to departure
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates and other HR documents
• Manage transfers as well as update and maintain the quality of HR data in our systems
• Handle notifications, follow-ups and correspondence with social insurance providers
• Be a trusted contact person for employees and managers on HR administrative matters
• Work closely with the Payroll team and HR Business Partners
• Contribute to the smooth running of HR processes and, as needed, to their continuous improvement
  

Your profile

• Commercial training complemented by education in human resources (e.g. HR assistant certificate or equivalent qualification)
• Proven experience in HR administration in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of social insurance and basics of Swiss labour law
• Comfortable with IT tools and HR systems; knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
• Meticulous, organised and autonomous personality with a genuine service mindset
• Good interpersonal skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Driving licence
  
  Fixed-term contract period: October/November 2026 - July 2027
  The position is based in Bulle, with regular travel to Renens.
