Head of Controlling Department (70-100%)

In our Controlling department, you will lead our three-person controlling team and be responsible for the financial management of the company - with the aim of creating transparency, enabling well-founded decisions and actively shaping sustainable business success. 

• You lead and develop our three-person controlling team 
• You are responsible for operational and strategic controlling 
• You prepare budgets, forecasts as well as monthly and annual financial statements 
• You analyse key figures and derive well-founded recommendations for action 
• You advise the management as a competent sparring partner 
• You optimise controlling processes and further develop reporting tools 
• You actively contribute to the economic development of our company 
• You bring in new ideas and act proactively in your role

• Completed commercial training (EFZ) 
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in controlling including further training in the controlling field 
• You already have leadership experience and may have completed leadership training 
• Experience in plant controlling is an absolute plus 
• You are strong in using Office programmes and can organise your area of responsibility independently 
• Very good SAP knowledge (especially S/4 Hana) 
• Affinity for numbers and pronounced strategic thinking skills 
• Strong Excel skills 
• You appreciate and promote collaboration with other internal departments 
• Independent, well-structured and committed working style even in intense phases 
• Open, reliable and communicative personality with quick comprehension 
• Confident German language skills in writing and speaking 
• Knowledge of the food industry is an advantage 
• Analytical, entrepreneurial thinking personality with a structured and solution-oriented working style
