Responsibilities:
Support customers with commercial and product-specific concerns
Administratively accompany sales orders from enquiry to delivery
Determine sales prices and create offers in the ERP system
Coordinate and update delivery dates and production orders
Prepare transports and issue necessary documents for export
Record complaints and process them with internal specialist departments
Monitor contract and scheduled orders in daily business
Coordinate information between internal departments and external partners
Qualifications:
Commercial EFZ qualification or comparable basic training
Several years of experience in a comparable internal sales function
Practical knowledge from a technical or industrial environment is an advantage
Good user knowledge of SAP and common MS Office applications
Strong service orientation in dealing with customers and business partners
Good organisational skills and reliable working style
Sales confidence and technical understanding in customer contact
German at a very good level as well as good English skills
