The operations electrician team is part of Service Delivery Management at Green and independently carries out installations on our infrastructure as well as customer orders.
We are looking for an experienced leader with the necessary know-how to successfully lead and further develop a motivated team in our dynamic environment.
Your area of responsibility
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the operations electrician team
- Ensuring the safe and trouble-free operation of the electrical infrastructure
- Planning and coordination of electrical work as well as resource planning
- Compliance with and enforcement of safety and quality standards
- Management of conversions and electrical sub-projects
- Coaching and further development of employees
- Collaboration with internal departments and external partners
Your skills
- Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the operation of electrical systems, ideally in the data centre environment
- Leadership experience
- Sound knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards
- Structured and responsible way of working
- High social and communication skills
- Further training in the electrical field desired
