Customer Service Coordinator
- Commercial, logistics training or equivalent CFC
- First successful experience in transport, chartering, logistics or customer service
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- Flexible, dynamic and responsive personality
- Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously
- Team spirit, perseverance and stress resistance
- Fluent French
- English level B2 minimum essential
- German is a real asset and any other foreign language will be appreciated
- Ensure daily follow-up of a portfolio of national and international clients
- Guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to their loyalty
- Participate in the organisation, administration and monitoring of express and charter transports
- Manage transport operations, from order receipt to final delivery
- Prepare, check and monitor export documents
- Ensure entry and follow-up of international orders
- Collaborate closely with various internal and external partners to guarantee the quality of services
