Do you bring technical understanding, practical experience and a structured way of working? In this role, you are the central contact person for maintenance issues
and support our locations with your expertise in building technology and technical building maintenance. You combine your practical experience with consulting, analysis and coordination and contribute to operating our technical systems sustainably and efficiently.
What to expect
- You take on the professional responsibility for maintenance issues and advise our locations in the areas of inspection, maintenance, repair as well as in the further development of building technology systems.
- You evaluate existing maintenance concepts, define professional standards and develop sustainable and economical maintenance strategies together with the responsible departments.
- You support commissioning, check technical documentation and ensure compliance with standards and quality requirements through audits.
- You train employees, support with technical questions and promote knowledge transfer within the organisation.
- You work with internal and external stakeholders and contribute your expertise to projects as well as in the evaluation of service and maintenance contracts.
What you bring
- Technical basic training in mechanics, electrical engineering, or in the HVAC field, for example in the areas of mechanical engineering, agricultural machinery, polymechanics, construction locksmith, heating and sanitary installer, etc.
- Further training at the level of a federal professional certificate (FA), higher professional examination (HFP) or higher technical school (HF).
- You have several years of practical experience in the maintenance of technical systems, ideally in industry or building technology.
- You think analytically, act pragmatically and find sustainable solutions for technical challenges.
- You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner and convince
- through a high customer and service orientation.
- You are passionate about technology and know how to transfer your knowledge and enthusiasm to others.
