We are looking for the childhood service
A 90% Administrative Assistant
Join a team of 9 people and contribute to a policy in favour of children aged 0 to 8 and their families. A versatile position at the heart of the administrative functioning of the service, supporting the early childhood actors of the City of Vernier.
Your mission
- You will ensure the administrative activities of the service such as the preparation of administrative and financial documents, organising meetings, ordering consumables for early childhood care structures (SAPE) and correspondence.
- You will participate in the centralised management of SAPE staff replacements by ensuring telephone duty
- You will search for and prepare documents for the compilation of files
- You will create and update lists, dashboards and statistical tools

Your profile
- Availability to work from 06:00 is essential
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- Administrative experience ideally in the educational or social field
- Experience in handling numerical data and using Excel, notably for monitoring expenses, orders or budgets
- Recognised for your organisational skills, rigour and diplomacy, you are able to support SAPE management in administrative file follow-up
- Your team spirit and adaptability enable you to contribute to harmonising administrative practices between different institutions.
