- You support customers in selecting the right spare parts for their machines and advise them accordingly
- You prepare individual offers and accompany customers throughout the entire purchasing process
- You handle complaints professionally and manage returns confidently
- As a link between the company and customers, you support the accounting department in the collection area
- You develop creative marketing strategies and take the lead in their implementation
Qualifications:
- You have a technical education in the automotive sector, such as an agricultural machinery or motor vehicle mechanic or similar professions
- You have commercial training with experience in sales
- Your friendly, open and communicative personality goes hand in hand with a flair for marketing
- You have good knowledge of MS Office
- You are proficient in German and French, both spoken and written
