Your tasks
- You plan appointments or assignments for service technicians
- You are the central contact person for customers, service technicians and internal contacts
- Creation, control and invoicing of deployment reports in the ERP system
- Order acceptance, making appointments with customers
What you bring
- Completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in the commercial field or basic technical training with commercial further training or professional experience
- Good technical understanding
- Several years of professional experience in a similar field is an advantage
- Very good German skills as well as good French skills (mandatory!)
- Good MS Office skills
- Reliable and efficient working style
