Role:
Do you want to bring in your leadership experience while staying close to the customer? As Team Leader Customer Service & Sales Administration, you take on a central role between your team, the customers, and sales. You help shape processes, implement your own ideas, and ensure a successful business day together with your employees.
Responsibilities:
You lead and promote your employees and ensure well-organised collaboration as well as targeted handling of incoming customer concerns.
You make internal workflows more efficient and accompany the introduction of new digital applications.
You are actively involved in customer contact, conduct advisory discussions, and support the acquisition of new business partners.
You take care of commercial order processing, from offer creation through order entry to invoicing and preparation of delivery documents.
You are responsible for maintaining and adjusting sales conditions and price lists within the given competencies.
You support the field service with organisational tasks and coordinate special customer requests as well as the handling of complaints.
You review contractual customer requirements and potential risks and process business transactions via electronic purchasing platforms.
You keep an eye on delivery agreements and ongoing customer orders and ensure up-to-date customer, article, and foreign trade data.
Qualifications:
You have several years of professional experience in internal sales and have already led a team.
You have completed commercial training, supplemented by further education at HF level or with a federal specialist certificate.
You are very familiar with digital business applications and Microsoft 365.
You possess a strong understanding of operational contexts and have experience in improving internal workflows.
You have very good German and good English skills.
You convince with communication skills, customer orientation, and enjoyment in working with employees.
You work in a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented manner and are happy to pitch in with day-to-day business.
