Administrative Assistant 60% (2-year fixed-term contract)
Specifically, what will you do?
- Process municipal subsidies related to energy and mobility
- Participate in the operational monitoring of urban waste collection, notably through telephone duty and managing the public counter, compiling annual statistics, as well as handling complaints and reports
- Ensure the follow-up of apprentices’ training within the service
- Contribute to the drafting, formatting, and preparation of administrative and technical documents, including minutes and reports
- Be responsible for the service’s secretariat, correspondence, and document management
- Ensure the follow-up and processing of invoices
- Occasionally handle telephone reception and welcome the public, supporting and substituting in other municipal secretariats.
Your profile:
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification
- You have at least 5 years of prior experience in a similar position
- You have excellent command of French, both written and spoken
- You are interested in the field of energy and waste management, and have knowledge in these areas (knowledge of public administration operations and the local context is an asset)
- Organised, autonomous, and versatile, you demonstrate interpersonal skills and have a sense of priorities and service
- You are proficient with IT tools
