DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)
Our partner has been developing, integrating, and operating cyber security solutions for over 20 years. They are a reliable partner when it comes to monitoring and protecting IT security infrastructures.
Responsibilities:
You automate existing IT processes and develop efficient solutions with Ansible, Bash, and Python.
You manage and optimise Linux system landscapes as well as container-based environments with Docker and Kubernetes.
You participate in the planning, coordination, and implementation of technical projects and take on responsibility in project management when required.
You analyse technical challenges, develop sustainable solutions, and contribute your expertise to the continuous improvement of the infrastructure.
You support the further development of security concepts and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
You have a degree as an engineer FH/HF or a comparable qualification and bring at least 4-5 years of professional experience as a system engineer.
You possess solid knowledge of Linux and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, as well as automation with Ansible, Bash, or Python.
You are interested in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and IT security; practical experience in these areas is an advantage.
Ideally, you have experience in project management and project leadership or are motivated to familiarise yourself with these tasks. Knowledge of hydraulic systems is a plus.
You communicate fluently in German and have at least B2-level English skills; knowledge of French is an advantage. Additionally, you are confident in using SAP, MS Office, and MS Project and impress with reliability, assertiveness, and flexibility.
