Your mission
You are a very structured, reliable and quality-oriented Bid Manager, capable of managing complex bids end-to-end in an ICT/services environment.
You take full responsibility for the Bid phase, from analysing the tender to the final validation of the offer. You act as the single point of contact during the proposal development phase and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders.
- Analysis of tenders: client requirements, project scope, pricing model
- Management and coordination of the internal Bid team: sales, legal, consultants, architects, engineers
- Coordination of external stakeholders: clients, partners, suppliers
- Monitoring quality gates: quality control, compliance and validation at key Bid stages
- Preparation of the offer: support to sales and account management teams
- Organisation of reviews: risk analysis, review and validation of the offer
- Definition of the offer presentation framework: storyline, content, structure
- Organisation of preparation sessions: ensuring a polished and effective proposal presentation
- Final offer check: proofreading, content challenge, coherence, structure and formatting
Your profile
Higher education at university / college level, ideally Master’s degree
Several years of experience in ICT solutions, ability to understand and coordinate
In-depth knowledge of Swiss public markets, including mastery of SIMAP procedures and full management of public tenders.
Complexity management, risk/quality management and commercial coordination
Ability to take leadership, supervise, manage, direct and advise team members throughout the tender phases
Certification: APMP Certified - Association of Proposal Management Professionals, an asset
Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Very good knowledge of French and English. German is an asset
