Finance Employee (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 88,000Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a reliable individual for a versatile role in the finance department. You will support the team with various tasks in financial accounting and ensure the correct and timely processing of financial transactions. In doing so, you will liaise with various internal and external contacts and take responsibility for your areas of work.
Responsibilities:
You process purchase invoices and ensure correct handling in the accounts payable workflow
You prepare payment runs and ensure their timely execution
You handle bank transactions and QR payments and clarify any open questions with the responsible contacts
You perform postings in the general ledger and undertake various account reconciliations
You process incoming accounts payable reminders and ensure timely resolution
You conduct correspondence with customers via email and telephone and support finance-related matters
Qualifications:
You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
Ideally, you have further training as a finance and accounting clerk
You are proficient with MS Office and ideally have experience with SAP
You have good German language skills; knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage
