Windows Systems Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Support and further development of Microsoft-based client, server, and network environments
Planning and implementation of ICT infrastructure projects including technical conception and introduction
Analysis and resolution of faults as well as competent customer consulting in the field of system engineering
Optimisation of existing IT solutions through standardisation, automation, and process improvements
Collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure a stable and efficient IT operation
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science as well as several years of experience in system engineering
Sound knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022/2025, Windows 11, Active Directory, and Exchange
Good practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
Independent, reliable, and precise working style with a strong service and customer orientation
Category B driving licence, team-oriented personality, and enjoyment of varied tasks
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
