What awaits you

• Sales of service contracts and repairs as well as support for the sale of modernisations
• Consultation and care of customers as well as development and assurance of a lasting and sustainable customer relationship
• Handling customer complaints and enquiries to increase customer loyalty
• Close cooperation with the Service Team Leader for the assigned service area

What you bring

• Completed technical or commercial basic training
• Sales experience is an advantage, ideally in the field of capital goods and/or technical services
• Confident in using MS Office and SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Humour, because we like to laugh?
