Sales Support Service Region St. Gallen (m/f/d) 80%

• Administrative support of the service department
• Execution of contract changes including creation and calculation of contract offers as well as setting up and managing contracts
• Maintenance of technical data and customer master data
• Creation of invoices, credit notes, and additional charges
• General administrative tasks and deputising
• Assistance with telephone service

• Commercial basic training or equivalent education
• Several years of professional experience
• Confident handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the regional language, additional languages are an advantage
