Sales Advisor in the Craftsman Centre (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Personal sales and active customer approach
• Competent advice on tools & machines, chemical-technical products, fastening technology, and fittings
• Recording and processing customer orders in SAP
• Responsibility for the accuracy and availability of stock levels
• Receipt and inspection of incoming goods
• Maintenance and management of sales shelves
• Building and maintaining a regional network with craft businesses

Your Profile

• Completed training in retail (ideally in the hardware sector) or basic training in the construction or craft sector with commercial further education
• Reliable, responsible, and committed personality
• Strong initiative, flexibility, as well as team and organisational skills
• Enthusiasm for craft products and processes
• Strong communication skills with enjoyment of sales and direct customer contact
• Residence in the catchment area
