With a comprehensive and dynamic top range, the SFS Group covers the needs of its customers: tools, machines, fastening technology, fittings and chemical-technical products. We offer these online and in our 27 Handicraft City branches in Switzerland. Our retail salespeople advise our customers professionally and place their needs at the centre.

For our Aarau location, we are looking for an ambitious Branch Manager Handicraft City by arrangement.

Branch Manager Handicraft City (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Active customer care and personal sales
• Implementation of sales and target specifications
• Leadership and promotion of the branch team
• Organisation and ensuring smooth branch operations
• Inventory management and attractive product presentation
• Maintenance and expansion of local networks as well as cooperation with internal departments
• Compliance with quality standards and participation in improvement processes

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in retail or a technical profession (e.g. metal construction, carpentry)
• Further training in sales or marketing (e.g. sales specialist, technical sales specialist)
• Sound knowledge of fastening technology, tools, fittings and chemical-technical products
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Strong sales competence with confident communication and closing techniques
• Leadership personality with a well-groomed appearance, high resilience, motivation and enjoyment in team promotion
