Independent and family-owned manufacturer, Jean Singer & Cie SA has been producing high-quality dials for the greatest Swiss watch brands for over a century.
To complete our teams, in our building in Boudry, we are looking for a:

Product Development Project Manager

YOUR MISSIONS:

In direct contact with the Product Development Manager, you lead new product development projects, coordinating the activities of various internal departments (quality, methods, production, logistics, etc.).
As the main contact for clients throughout the development, you ensure technical feasibility, quality compliance, and respect for deadlines.
You are also a driving force in the continuous improvement of the development process, risk analysis, and capitalisation of feedback.

MAIN TASKS:

Project management:

• Analyse client needs and draft specifications
• Plan, organise and monitor project progress
• Coordinate internal and external teams
• Follow up on technical files (plans, tooling, control ranges, etc.)
• Ensure industrial feasibility and series production launch

Communication & coordination:

• Lead project meetings
• Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders
• Guarantee the consistency of information throughout development

Continuous improvement & risk management:

• Identify critical points and propose solutions
• Implement corrective or preventive actions
• Capitalize on feedback to improve practices

PROFILE SOUGHT:

• Higher technical education (HES, engineer, ET technician)
• At least 5 years’ experience in the watchmaking field, ideally in the dial sector, with excellent mastery of its technical, aesthetic and industrial specificities.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality constraints
• Proficiency in project management tools and common software (Excel, Strategic, M-Files, Power BI…)
