As an experienced professional in process management, you play a central role at Visana in further developing our process landscape. You combine strategic thinking with concrete implementation and ensure that our processes are designed to be efficient, customer-oriented, and future-proof. In doing so, you work closely with the specialist departments, IT, and those responsible in Digital Business. You identify optimisation potentials, develop viable solutions, and accompany their implementation. In this way, you make a visible contribution to the digitalisation and further development of Visana.

Your tasks

• You actively shape the future of our processes and take responsibility for maintaining and further developing the Visana process map. In doing so, you continuously develop our process organisation, roles, and tasks.
• You analyse existing processes together with the specialist departments, identify optimisation potentials, and develop innovative, customer-oriented, and efficient solutions.
• You drive the digitalisation and optimisation of business processes forward and accompany corresponding initiatives from conception to implementation.
• You model business processes in BPMN 2.0 and support the specialist departments in professionally further developing, documenting, and sustainably anchoring their processes.
• You lead projects and subprojects for process optimisation and actively contribute your expertise to corporate projects. Your organisation ensures that improvements are not only designed but also successfully implemented and anchored in operations.
• You further develop transparent and meaningful process controlling and ensure active communication within the process organisation.
• You support project managers and line supervisors with process-related questions and profitably contribute your experience and know-how to the organisation.
• You have the opportunity to effect visible changes with your ideas and expertise and actively help shape the further development of a modern insurance organisation.

Your profile

• You have a professional basic education as well as further training in process management, business administration, or a comparable field.
• You bring several years of experience in business process analysis and process modelling and have sound knowledge of BPMN 2.0. Experience in health insurance or healthcare is an advantage.
• You have strong conceptual and analytical skills and can prepare complex contexts understandably and translate them into concrete, actionable solutions.
• You bring experience in process optimisation and digitalisation and enjoy developing new approaches, initiating changes, and actively accompanying their implementation.
• You work independently, proactively, and result-oriented and have the necessary assertiveness to sustainably drive optimisations together with your organisation.
• You move confidently in agile teams and hybrid project organisations and ideally have experience in project or subproject management.
• You are a communicative and convincing personality who engages different stakeholders appropriately, networks them, and wins them over for joint solutions.
• You appreciate collaboration at the interface between business and delivery teams and want to apply your skills in a varied, future-oriented environment.
• You enjoy taking responsibility, using scope for design, and making a sustainable contribution to the further development of Visana with your work.
