IT System Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Development of digital workplaces: You optimise our cloud-based workplace solutions with a focus on Windows
- Automation: You efficiently solve processes and special requirements through automation, for example with PowerShell scripts
- Technical support: As part of 3rd-level support, you are responsible for incident, change, and problem management
- MDM project: You are responsible for the design and setup of the new solution as well as for the rollout
Qualifications:
- Education: Completed training in the IT field, ideally supplemented by further education at HF level
- Apple affinity: Experience with Apple devices (iOS, iPadOS, macOS) is an advantage
- MDM and cloud experience: Practical experience in mobile device management and with Microsoft cloud technologies (Intune, O365, EntraID)
- Windows environment: Sound knowledge in Windows client and server areas
