Clerk Finance and Accounting (a) 80-100%

Introduction

For our client, we are looking for a committed individual as Clerk Finance and Accounting (a) 80-100%. In this role, you will be part of a small, professional finance team and together ensure accurate and efficient bookkeeping. The start date is immediate or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Management of general and subsidiary ledgers
• Accounts receivable management including dunning
• Accounts payable and payment transactions
• Processing of bank and cash vouchers
• Assistance with financial statements
• Settlement of credit card transactions

Profile

• Further training
  as Clerk: Accounting
• Practical experience in finance and
  accounting, ideally in an SME
• Very good user knowledge of MS
  Office, experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Structured,
  reliable and independent working style
• Team-oriented
  personality with a strong service mindset
• Confident German language skills in spoken
  and written form
