Responsibilities:
- Management and maintenance of financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to applicable accounting standards
- Conducting balance sheet analyses and financial evaluations
- Ensuring compliance with all tax and legal regulations
- Reconciliation of bookkeeping with internal audits and external auditors
- Identifying potential improvements in accounting processes and implementing optimisation measures
- Supporting budgeting and financial planning
Qualifications:
- Professional certificate in finance and accounting or equivalent professional experience
- Confident in closing accounts
- Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Teamwork skills and good communication abilities
- Very good German, additional languages are an advantage
