Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver Glion Summer Programs, ensuring high-quality educational and engagement activities for participants
- Coordinate with faculty, industry partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of student-focused programs and events
- Manage student volunteers and support teams involved in summer programs and campus activities
- Coordinate student orientation and induction programs, ensuring a smooth onboarding and integration experience for new students
- Organize welcome events, community-building activities and communication initiatives for incoming students
- Support student wellbeing, sports and wellness initiatives in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Monitor and assess student engagement activities, ensure compliance with institutional standards and act as the departmental Quality Champion
- Support student governance initiatives, manage the Student Development Services inbox and contribute to student experience enhancement projects
- Supervise and develop interns, providing guidance, coaching and professional development opportunities
Profile and experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in education, student development, counselling, or a related field is required
- First aid qualified
- Valid driving license is required
- Fluent in English and French
- Prior experience in student development, event management, or a similar role
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of students
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
- Ability to address student challenges proactively and effectively
- Able to adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends where required
- Willingness to travel across multiple campuses or external venues as needed

- Location: GIHE Sàrl, Route de Glion 111, 1823 Glion (travels to our Bulle campus will be required)
