As overall project managers, the specialists are responsible for all phases: consulting, planning, coordination of all trades, turnkey implementation, and long-term operation. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing annual financial statements & reporting for the renewable energy sector
- Responsible for budgeting, budget forecasting, and liquidity planning
- Financial planning & financial analyses, deriving measures from these and implementing them
- Participate in product costing and ensure cost compliance
- Responsible for reporting to external partners as well as financial reports for management
- Analyse key performance indicator systems and prepare profit and loss accounts as well as balance sheets
- Support in evaluating new business areas in business development
- Responsible for the internal development of the finance department
- Responsible for checking compliance with regulations and legislation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Business Administration with a specialisation in finance, or completed further training in controlling/accounting
- Several years of professional experience in finance/controlling, preferably in a Swiss project business
- Sound knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis
- Very good skills in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerBI, and preferably ERP systems such as MS Business Central or others
- Understanding of business management contexts and solution-oriented working
- Fluent German. English is an advantage
