We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to join our team on a 7-month temporary assignment. Reporting to the HR leadership team, you will provide operational and strategic HR support across the full employee lifecycle, partnering closely with managers and employees to deliver a high-quality HR service.

Our client is a commodity trading firm.
Missions
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to managers and employees across the organization.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Lead and support recruitment activities, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
- Manage employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and Swiss labor regulations.
- Support organizational changes, restructurings, and workforce planning initiatives as required.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Please note that payroll management is not part of this role.
Profil du candidat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Significant experience in a generalist HR role, ideally as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment and business partnering.
- Experience managing employee relations cases and advising managers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
