Product Compliance Officer (M/F)

For a temporary assignment, we are looking for one of our clients, based in the Canton of Geneva, a

Your mission:

• Ensure regulatory and standards monitoring and analyse the impacts on products and activities.
• Manage compliance projects in coordination with the relevant teams.
• Support departments in interpreting and applying regulatory requirements.
• Organise and lead compliance committees as well as cross-functional working groups.
• Conduct or coordinate product, process and supplier audits to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Raise awareness and train teams on compliance issues.
• Collaborate with the Legal, Quality, Product Development, Industrialisation, Operations and Purchasing departments.
• Represent the company with professional bodies and maintain active monitoring of regulatory developments.

Required technical skills:

• Experience in managing cross-functional projects.
• Good knowledge of applicable regulations, quality systems and product development processes.

Your profile:

• Higher education (HES Engineer, EPF or equivalent), complemented by a specialisation in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality or equivalent field.
• Proven experience in a role related to regulatory compliance, regulatory affairs or quality, within an industrial environment, ideally watchmaking or luxury.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Excellent command of French and good level of English.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Rigour, autonomy and organisational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
• Service-oriented, pragmatic and able to support change.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a demanding environment.
