For a temporary assignment, we are looking for one of our clients, based in the Canton of Geneva, a
Product Compliance Officer (M/F)
Your mission:
- Ensure regulatory and standards monitoring and analyse the impacts on products and activities.
- Manage compliance projects in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Support departments in interpreting and applying regulatory requirements.
- Organise and lead compliance committees as well as cross-functional working groups.
- Conduct or coordinate product, process and supplier audits to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
- Raise awareness and train teams on compliance issues.
- Collaborate with the Legal, Quality, Product Development, Industrialisation, Operations and Purchasing departments.
- Represent the company with professional bodies and maintain active monitoring of regulatory developments.
Required technical skills:
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects.
- Good knowledge of applicable regulations, quality systems and product development processes.
Your profile:
- Higher education (HES Engineer, EPF or equivalent), complemented by a specialisation in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality or equivalent field.
- Proven experience in a role related to regulatory compliance, regulatory affairs or quality, within an industrial environment, ideally watchmaking or luxury.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Excellent command of French and good level of English.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Rigour, autonomy and organisational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
- Service-oriented, pragmatic and able to support change.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a demanding environment.
