Responsibility for the stable and secure operation of IT systems
Support and optimisation of modern Microsoft and cloud environments
Analysis and resolution of technical challenges in IT support
Implementation and support of infrastructure projects and technical developments
Coordination of IT service providers as well as maintenance of technical documentation
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or comparable technical qualification
Professional experience in system administration, system technology or IT infrastructure
Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, networks, cloud and IT security
Analytical and independent working style with strong problem-solving skills
High service orientation, teamwork as well as good German and English skills
