Accounting Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the preparation and presentation of financial reports.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Analysing financial data and providing insights for decision-making.
- Leading budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitoring and reporting on budget variances.
- Providing financial analyses and recommendations.
- Maintaining and reconciling the general ledger.
- Overseeing accounts payable and ensuring timely payments.
- Reviewing and approving financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- Completed training in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA).
- Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting.
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, HGB, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership abilities and team management skills.
