You lead a two-person team and coordinate task distribution.
You manage delivery dates and orders according to company guidelines.
You plan and monitor production orders together with the team leaders.
You manage suppliers in day-to-day business and maintain ongoing communication.
When procuring, you compare offers and ensure economical conditions.
You set safety stocks and further develop their management.
You identify bottlenecks in material supply early and initiate measures.
You continuously coordinate planning, purchasing, and production.
Qualifications:
Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship with experience in industry.
Further training in purchasing, supply chain, or production planning is present.
You bring practical knowledge in procurement and material disposition.
Further education at HF or FH level is an advantage.
Analytical thinking and a structured working style are among your strengths.
You communicate clearly and reliably in exchange with suppliers and internal departments.
Independence and team orientation characterise your working style.
You are proficient in German and French; English skills are required.
