In collaboration with an outpatient organisation, we are looking for you as a qualified nurse HF or health professional, for a workload of 40-70%.
Regular morning or evening shifts are also possible

Requirements Profile

• Basic training as a qualified nurse HF or health professional (FaGe) o
• Enjoyment of independent collaboration with clients
• Independent assessment of nursing situations
• Appreciative and empathetic communication
• Willingness to complete assignments by bicycle (usually short distances within the neighbourhood)

Tasks

• Basic and treatment nursing tasks at clients’ homes with various medical conditions
• Observing, documenting and reporting changes in client situations
• Guiding and supporting clients and their social environment regarding basic nursing and care topics
• Ensuring the safety of clients within the framework of the care and assistance plan
• Contributing to quality improvement within your competence
• Recording services according to company guidelines
• On request and by arrangement, you can support and accompany trainees (AGS, FaGe) as a practical mentor during their training.

• Regular working hours in the morning from 07:00 to approx. 12:30 and/or in the afternoon from approx. 16:30 to 23:00 (no night shifts). Regular morning or evening shifts are also possible.
• Allowances in the evening from 19:00, at weekends from Saturday 12:00, and on public holidays.
