About the job

Within our Contact Center in Vernier/Geneva, you support our members and prospects daily with competent, personalised and solution-oriented advice. Through your professionalism and sense of service, you actively contribute to providing a quality customer experience and promoting TCS services.

Your challenges

• Advise our members and clients by phone on TCS products and services.
• Identify the needs of our contacts and offer them the most suitable solutions.
• Carry out sales development activities, cross-selling, up-selling and retention.
• Handle requests from our members with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure the entry and follow-up of interactions in our CRM tools.
• Actively participate in training, meetings and continuous improvement activities.
• Contribute, as needed, to supporting other Contact Center teams or cross-functional projects.

What you bring

• A successful first experience in customer service, Contact Center, sales or consulting.
• Excellent command of French, German and Italian, both spoken and written.
• A genuine pleasure in daily exchanges with our members and clients by phone.
• A strong customer orientation and a true sense of service.
• The pleasure of advising, supporting and offering solutions tailored to the needs of our contacts.
• A sensitivity for sales, cross-selling and identifying opportunities.
• Excellent communication, listening and analytical skills.
• Good stress management and the ability to remain calm in demanding situations.
• Autonomy, team spirit and a high sense of responsibility.
• Good command of common IT tools, CRM tools and digital platforms.
