What you bring

• Completed basic education or vocational training with experience or further education in administrative and/or sales environment
• VBV certification or willingness to obtain it during the probation period
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; good French skills are an advantage
• User knowledge of relevant Office and IT systems
• Knowledge in the insurance sector is an advantage
• Enjoyment in dealing with customers
• Empathy, flexibility, and good communication skills
