What you bring
- Completed basic education or vocational training with experience or further education in administrative and/or sales environment
- VBV certification or willingness to obtain it during the probation period
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; good French skills are an advantage
- User knowledge of relevant Office and IT systems
- Knowledge in the insurance sector is an advantage
- Enjoyment in dealing with customers
- Empathy, flexibility, and good communication skills
