Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, repair and servicing of air conditioning units and systems
- Troubleshooting and fault rectification of air conditioning units and systems
- Carrying out maintenance work on the air conditioning units and systems of our customers
- Advising and supporting our customers with technical questions and problems
- Identifying sales opportunities and upselling possibilities
- Close collaboration with the sales team and technical department
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
- Documentation of maintenance work and repairs
Qualifications:
- Completed basic training as a building technician, electrician, heating or ventilation installer
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair of air conditioning units
- Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing air conditioning units and systems
- Sound knowledge of electrical, mechanical and electronic systems
- Customer-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate with various teams
- Fluent German skills, English skills are an advantage
