Job Description

• Manage telephone calls, schedule appointments and analyse requests, if necessary with the doctor’s advice
• Welcome patients, seat them and prepare them for examinations
• Perform, at the doctor’s request, blood draws, injections, blood pressure measurements, weighings, etc.
• Prepare the instruments necessary for medical examinations
• Assist doctors during treatments
• Enter and update patient records in compliance with data protection
• Handle correspondence (reports and letters dictated by doctors)
• Participate in entering services for billing purposes
• Manage orders for equipment and medicines
• Assume the tasks assigned to you
• Maintain and develop your skills
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the processes in which you are involved

Qualifications

• Medical assistant diploma only
• Experience in a general medical practice
• Experience in a medical on-call service (an advantage)
• Good command of computer tools
• Dynamic, rigorous and efficient
• Sense of organisation and responsibility
• Versatile and flexible (variable hours)
• Team spirit
