IT Supporter (m/f/d)

Receiving, processing and resolving customer inquiries and IT issues
Setting up and commissioning hardware and client systems
Software distribution with SCCM as well as administration of user accounts and permissions via Active Directory
Conducting IT workshops and user training
Managing software licences and IT inventory
Ensuring a structured and efficient IT support
Qualifications:
Completed IT training and 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
Very good knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems
Solid knowledge in the area of hardware and client components
Strong analytical and solution-oriented working style
Very good German skills spoken and written
