Export & Order Processing Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF84,500 - 95,000Our Rocken partner is an internationally oriented Swiss company specialising in the development and manufacture of technically sophisticated solutions. With profound expertise, modern technologies, and efficient production processes, the company realises products for various industrial applications. High product quality, technical advancement, and precise implementation of customer-specific requirements are paramount.
Responsibilities:
Handling international customer orders from order to delivery.
ERP-supported configuration of machines and creation of the corresponding production documents.
Coordination of order details with production, purchasing, engineering, and logistics.
Monitoring ongoing delivery dates and managing schedule deviations.
Preparation of export documents and calculation of preferential origins of goods.
Processing price enquiries and preparing quotations for the standard range.
Coordination of service activities and support in deployment planning.
Organisation of international trade fair logistics including ATA Carnet and shipping handling.
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship with further training in foreign trade is an advantage.
Technical understanding, ideally related to the machinery or MEM industry.
Professional experience in order processing within an industrial or manufacturing company.
Solid knowledge of export processing, customs, and international shipping logistics.
Familiarity with free trade agreements, rules of origin, and export control regulations.
Good user knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Independent, reliable working style as well as flexibility and team orientation.
Very good German and English skills; additional languages are welcome.
